Omudia provides automated digital marketing management, social media analytics, and audience growth optimization tools ("Services") designed to help creators, brands, and businesses enhance their social media presence across supported third-party networks.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Omudia will never ask for your private social media account passwords or sensitive authentication tokens.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Omudia Services to:

Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
Promote hate speech, fraudulent schemes, or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt Omudia's technical infrastructure.

5. Payments, Wallet Balance & Billing

All rates on Omudia are listed in US Dollars (USD). Users may top up their prepaid account wallet using supported payment gateways including credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency processors, and approved local providers. Funds credited to your wallet balance are used to dispatch orders autonomously.

6. Service Fulfillment & Warranties

Orders are dispatched through automated APIs. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high accuracy, estimated completion speeds are subject to third-party network conditions. Omudia guarantees that unfulfilled portions of valid orders will be credited back to the customer's wallet balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Omudia, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
